The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The food was not that great to be honest but that is to be expected considering the traffic that hotel attracts.

The hotel needs a shuttle service to the airport.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating due to the fact that I don't speak French, food was great but very expensive at the hotel Restuarant and no local restaurants nearby. Very clean and rooms quiet. The only thing missing was entertainment. View from outdoor patio was gorgeous.

I’ve been in several hostels around the world and I can tell that the Pullman’s bed was literally the most comfortable bed ever!!
